We can be hired to provide local catering in Dorset, Devon and Somerset. We use as much of our own local produce as possible. The menu for our catering is planned using seasonal ingredients and bought in ingredients are fairtrade and organic where possible. Spit RoastTraditional wood-fuelled spit roast. Pork or lamb. We can provide salads, rolls, condiments and other accompaniments as required. Barbeques are also undertaken. Usually £10 per head. In house cateringFor dinner parties and social events we can provide food, cooking on our own mobile catering unit with marquee or using your own cooking facilities. Prices vary according to menu and whether or not you want buffet or service. Especially popular are our Christmas dinners. WeddingsWe especially love to cater for weddings. We imbue all of the food that we grow, process and cook with love and hope that this love flows from the food through to you and your family for your special occasion.
We invite you to come and visit our smallholding during the planning stages of your wedding so that you can see where all of the food that we will be eating on the day comes from and know that by hiring us you are supporting healthy, happy animals and sustainable land management. All of the meat, vegetables, eggs, preserves and dairy products are produced on our certified organic smallholding in Wootton Fitzpaine. All other ingredients are sourced as locally as possible or bought as organic and fair trade. Slow roast lamb, beef or pork, new potatoes with rosemary and garlic, roasted vegetables (squash, peppers, courgettes, portabello mushrooms), salads. 2. Italian roast pork and chorizo sausages, homemade pasta dishes, seasonal vegetable dishes, foccacia & salads. 3. Chilli and rice (vegetable and beef), roasted fajita beef and pork in wraps with fresh salsas, guacamole, and sour cream, plus a range of salads and roasted vegetables. 4. Tandoori roasted pork and chicken, mutton biriyani, vegetable curry side dishes, pillau rice, roti, raita, poppadums, and chutneys. We can also barbeque local mackerel (marinated) along with each meal option. We can cater to many of your requested ideas, as well, bearing in mind that we try to use local , seasonal ingredients- so let us know what you desire! Salads
